Unlike other smaller home inspection companies, GHI reviews the inspector's
findings twice BEFORE the report gets distributed to you, the client. This
review enables GHI evaluate the inspection data and confer with our inspectors
to ensure your report has the highest quality information.
Additionally, our 40 page reports may include diagrams of specific issues
which our inspectors have discovered about the property.
Our reports cover the following general areas:
To see the difference between a GHI report and other companies' reports,
let's look at a portion of a report - specifically, the roofing section of a
real report.
All important items are pointed out at the very beginning of our report as an
"Advisory". This is not a summary of the report. Rather, it is a section which
highlights the important parts of the home that the reader should be aware of.

In our example, the Roof System is called out as having
potential issues which should be attended to.

However, after the Client Advisory section each of the general
areas of the home has its own section. For our example, we'll focus on the
section entitled, "Roof System and Attic". At the beginning of each section, we
give the reader a general background on the subject...

and a glossary of terms so that they can understand the report contents.

The result is a comprehensive explanation of the condition of the
property. Information that can be used to quickly assess the property.
Contrast our comprehensive report to some other forms you might see in the
market:

GHI's reports do not sacrifice thoroughness for the sake of brevity. Our job
is to ensure that you have the best information as quickly as possible to
facilitate your transaction.
